 Our Villas master bedroom has a queen sized bed, double dresser and mirror together with night
tables, lamps, blinds as shown in the photo on the left and its own ensuite bathroom complete with shower, vanity worktop with inset basin,
fully tiled walls, large vanity mirror WC and walkin closet.
Our Florida villas second bedroom has a double bed with closet and the third bedroom 2 twin sized beds.
The second bathroom comes complete with bathtub, shower with fully tiled walls, washbasin and WC. |

 Our Florida rental villa is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard, fully air conditioned, and
with ceiling fans. Colour televisions connected to the cable network are provided in both the
living area and master bedroom.
Our Florida villa is fully licensed for vacation use and and
complies with all the latest fire and safety regulations.
As one would expect our Villas kitchen is fitted out with an extensive range of equipment and in particular a fullsize stove with oven, a large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, waste
disposal unit, coffee maker, blender, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares.
Our Florida rental villa also has a laundry room with a family size automatic washing machine
and dryer. Direct dial telephone system with all local calls being free, long distance and international
calls can be made via a credit card or telephone calling card widely available throughout the
area.
The price includes all electricity, linen, towels etc. cots, high chairs, additional towels
and daily cleaning are all available locally if required for a additional fee.
